At Burtash, your satisfaction is important to us. We follow a transparent and fair return and refund policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return or exchange if your product:
Has a manufacturing defect
Was damaged during transit
Is wrongly delivered (wrong size, color, or design)
Returns will not be accepted for:
Items purchased during a sale or promotional event
Minor color variation due to lighting or screen resolution
Size issues due to incorrect size selection by the customer (we provide clear size charts)
Products that are used, worn, or washed
Custom or limited-edition pieces (unless defective)
2. Return Window
Return/exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original packaging with tags.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:
Product not delivered within 15 working days (excluding delays due to customer unavailability or wrong address)
Product returned due to a verified defect or wrong item delivered and exchange is not opted
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Original payment method (UPI, Card, Wallet, etc.)
4. Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will offer a free replacement of the same item.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
5. How to Request a Return/Refund

Photo/video of the item
Reason for return or refund
Once approved, we’ll schedule a pickup or ask you to self-ship the item (cost will be reimbursed if fault is on our end).
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).
Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
7. Legal Compliance
We strictly follow Indian consumer rights laws and ensure transparency, clarity, and fairness. In case of unresolved issues, consumers have the right to approach:
