At Burtash, we understand that plans change. Our Cancellation Policy ensures transparency and fairness while aligning with Indian consumer rights.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

2. Refund for Canceled Orders
If your order is canceled within the eligible time, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
3. Cancellation by Burtash
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:
Product unavailability or out-of-stock status
Payment failure or fraud detection
Errors in pricing or product information
Logistics constraints
If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email or phone and issued a full refund.
4. Prepaid Orders
For prepaid orders canceled before dispatch:
The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
No additional cancellation charges will be applied.
5. Non-Cancellable Items
Limited-edition drops, custom products, or items purchased during a sale or promotional offer may not be eligible for cancellation after payment.
