At Burtash, we aim to deliver your limited-edition streetwear safely and on time. Below are the terms and conditions that govern our shipping process.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India via trusted courier partners.
International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • You will receive an email or SMS notification once your order is shipped, along with a tracking link.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities/Towns: 5–8 business days

  • Remote or Rural Areas: May take up to 10 days

Please note: Delivery times may vary based on your location, unforeseen delays, or courier availability.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: ₹0 (Free shipping across India)

5. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS. You can track your order through the courier partner’s website.

If you face issues, email us at help.burtash@gmail.com with your Order ID.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • The courier will make 3 delivery attempts.

  • If undelivered, the package will be returned to us. Re-shipping can be arranged with an additional delivery charge.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pincode are correct at the time of order.
We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive for timely delivery, Burtash is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Political unrest or courier disruptions

  • Incorrect customer details

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate.

9. Packaging

All orders are securely packed to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
In case your package appears tampered or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
